NHPC Supervisor Recruitment 2023 Educational Qualification

• Supervisor (IT)/S1

• Essential Qualification: Regular Graduate with DOEACC ‘A’ level course from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. OR Three years regular Polytechnic Diploma in Computer Science/IT from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade. OR Regular BCA/B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Essential Experience: Minimum 1 year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023 in one or more of the following technologies: Software/Web/Mobile App development, Network Management, Database Management System.
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.

• Supervisor (Survey)/S1

• Essential Qualification: 3 years full-time regular Diploma in Surveying/Survey Engineering from Government/Government recognized Institutes with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Essential Experience: Minimum 1-year post qualification experience as of 30.06.2023. The candidate should have knowledge and experience in various surveying tasks and the use of surveying instruments and software.
• SC/ST/PwBD candidates with 50% marks are eligible to apply.

Medium of Examination: English & Hindi

Examination Duration: 3 hours (180 minutes)

Total Marks: 200

Subjects:
For Supervisor (IT), Supervisor (Survey)- (200 Questions):

• Part-I: 140 MCQs of the concerned discipline.
• Part-II: 30 MCQs on General Awareness.
• Part-III: 30 MCQs on Reasoning.

Marking Scheme:

• For every correct answer of MCQ, one mark shall be awarded.
• For every wrong answer attempted by the candidates, negative marking of marks (i.e. 0.25 marks) will be deducted.
• All the descriptive type of questions will have 10 marks each without any negative marking.
• No marks will be awarded/deducted for un-attempted questions.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: General/OBC/EWS categories: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 40% marks to qualify.

SC/ST/PwD categories: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 35% marks to qualify.
