The selection will be through a two stage process:

• Stage 1: Computer Based Test
• Stage 2: Document Verification

Final merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained in the Computer Based Test.

BHEL Supervisor Trainee Salary & Perks

• During 1 year training period, basic pay will be Rs 32,000.
• After training, basic pay will be Rs 33,500 in scale of Rs 33,500-1,20,000.
• Approximate CTC during training period will be Rs 7.5 lakhs per annum.
