UP NHM CHO Recruitment 2024 Application Process
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have completed B.Sc. (Nursing) with integrated certification in Community Health. The age limit is 21-40 years, and registration in UP Nurses & Midwives Council is mandatory.

Educational Qualification
- Educational Requirement: B.Sc. (Nursing) with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN).
- Registration Requirement: Candidates must be registered in UP Nurses & Midwives Council. Those with registration in other State’s Nursing Council are also eligible.

No application fee is required for the UP NHM CHO recruitment.
Selection Process
The selection process involves:

Salary Details
Selected Community Health Officers (CHOs) will receive a monthly honorarium of Rs. 20,500 and a Performance-Based Incentive (PBI) of up to Rs. 15,000.
