1. Relaxation in Age Limit:
   • SC/ST candidates: 5 years
   • OBC candidates: 3 years
2. Age Relaxation For Ex-servicemen, serving government servants, meritorious sports persons, etc., will be eligible for upper age limit relaxation as per the orders of the Indian Government.

ISRO SAC Technician B 2023 Exam Pattern

For Technician ‘B’ & Draughtsman ‘B’ Posts:

• Written Test:

• Duration: 90 minutes
• Total Questions: 80 multiple choice questions
• Marking Scheme: One mark for each correct answer, and a negative marking of 0.33 marks for each wrong answer
• Syllabus: The written test will cover the curriculum-based theoretical and practical knowledge.

• Skill Test:

• Candidates will be shortlisted for the skill test in a ratio of 1:5 with a minimum of 10 candidates.
• The skill test will be conducted on a ‘go-no-go’ basis, and marks obtained in the skill test will not be considered for selection.

Final Selection:

• The final selection will be based solely on the scores obtained in the written test, provided the candidates have qualified in the skill test.
• If there is a tie in the written test scores, the academic scores of the notified qualification will be the tie-breaker.
• If needed, the age of the candidate will be considered as the second tie-breaker, with the senior candidate being placed ahead.

How to Apply for ISRO SAC Technician B Recruitment 2023

• Follow Instructions: Read and follow the instructions carefully while filling out the application.
• Upload Documents: Upload a recent color passport-size photograph and signature as per the provided guidelines.
• Provide Valid Documents: If you belong to specific categories, upload relevant certificates as per the prescribed format.
• Apply Online: The application process is entirely online. Visit the ISRO SAC website between 01/08/2023 (10:00 hrs.) and 21/08/2023 (17:30 hrs.) to access the application form.

• Pay Application Fee: Pay the application fee of ₹500 (excluding taxes) online. Candidates eligible for fee exemption will be refunded ₹400.
• Verify Information: Check all details before submitting, as corrections cannot be made afterward.
• Bank Account Details: Provide accurate bank account details for the refund of the application fee.
• Take Printout: After submission, take a printout of the application summary for future reference.
