NFC Recruitment 2023 Selection Criteria: NFC (Nuclear Fuel Complex) is one of the premier organizations under the Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India. The organization has recently released a DAE NFC Recruitment 2023 124 Posts Notification for the recruitment of various posts in 2023. The selection process for these posts includes multiple stages, such as a written test, physical Assessment test, and skill test, among others. The candidates will have to clear each stage to be considered for the next stage. NFC Recruitment 2023 Selection Criteria for Post Codes 12301 & 12304:

1. Chief Fire Officer /A

• Physical Standards will be assessed as per Table – 1.
• Personal Interview will be conducted for candidates who meet the Physical Standards.
• Final selection will be based on the performance in the Personal Interview.

2. Dy. Chief Fire Officer /A

• Physical Standards will be assessed as per Table – 1.
• Personal Interview will be conducted for candidates who meet the Physical Standards.
• Final selection will be based on the performance in the Personal Interview.

3. Technical Officer /C [Computers]

• Depending on the number of applications received, a Screening/Written Test may be conducted to shortlist candidates for the Interview.
• Final selection will be based on the performance in the Interview.

4. Station Officer/A

• Physical Standards will be assessed as per Table – 1.
• Physical Assessment Test and Command Test will be conducted for candidates who meet the Physical Standards as per criteria in Table – 2.
• Personal Interview will be conducted for candidates who qualify the above tests.
• Final selection will be based on the performance in the Personal Interview.

NFC Recruitment 2023 Selection Criteria for Post Codes 12305 & 12306:

Stage-1:

1. Physical Standards will be assessed as per Table-1.
2. Physical Assessment Test will be conducted as per the criteria laid down in Table-2. Command Test will also be conducted for Post Code 12305.
3. Candidates who clear the Physical Assessment Test and Command Test for Post Code 12305 and Physical Assessment Test for Post Code 12306 will be allowed to appear in Stage-2 (Preliminary Test).

Stage-2 (Preliminary Test):

1. Written test will comprise of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) of 1-hour duration in Mathematics, Science, and General Awareness.
2. Candidates will be awarded 3 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
3. Candidates scoring less than 40% in UR and EWS categories and less than 30% in SC/ST/OBC categories will be screened out.
4. All candidates screened-in at Stage-2 (Preliminary Test) will be allowed to appear for Stage-3 (Advanced Test).

Stage-3 (Advanced Test):

1. The test will comprise of 50 MCQs of 2 hours duration, which will be based on their qualifying academic / professional / technical qualification.
2. Candidates will be awarded 3 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
3. Candidates scoring less than 30% in UR and EWS categories and less than 20% in SC/ST/OBC categories will be screened out.
4. Merit list will be prepared based on the scores obtained in Stage-3 (Advanced Test) only.
5. In the event of a tie, specific criteria will be followed to decide the position in the Merit List.

Note:

1. Physical Training and Fire-fighting drills are required for Post Code 12304 and 12305
2. Driving Test is required for Post Code 12306
3. Qualifying in Test at Sl. No. 1 of Table -2 is mandatory for all posts
4. The average qualifying percentage for tests from Sl.No.2 to 7 of Table – 2 should be 90% and above
5. Candidates are performing Physical Ability Test (PAT) at their own risk. The department will not be responsible for any injuries sustained.
