NEST Exam 2023 Eligibility criteria for admission to the programme
Educational Qualification:
- The Integrated MSc programme 2023-28 is offered at NISER and UM-DAE CEBS.
- Candidates must be from a regular science stream in classes XI and XII.
- Candidates must write the NEST 2023 examination.
- Candidates must have passed class XII examination in 2021 or 2022 or be appearing in 2023.
- Candidates must secure at least 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in class XII examination.
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/Divyangjan categories must have at least 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in class XII examination.
- The admissions will be based on the Merit List of NEST 2023.
- Candidates must provide a certificate specifying equivalent percentage of marks, if only letter grades are available.
Age Limit:
- General and OBC category candidates born on or after August 01, 2003, are eligible for admission to the Integrated MSc programme of NISER/CEBS.
- SC/ST/Divyangjan candidates have a relaxation of 5 years in the age limit.
