ICG Assistant Commandant Education Qualification

General Duty GD: (Male)

• Candidates Must Have Bachelor Degree with Minimum 60% Marks All Semester / Year
• Math’s, Physics as a Subject in 10+2 Level Examination with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics.

Commercial Pilot CPL SSA: (Male/ Female)

• Should have passed 12th class or equivalent with physics and mathematics as subjects with minimum 55% marks in Mathematics and Physics.
• Should possess current Commercial Pilot License issued/ validated by Director General Civil Aviation on the date of submission of application.

Technical Mechanical: (Male)

• BE / B.Tech Engineering Degree in Naval Architecture/ Mechanical/ Marine/ Automotive/ Mechatronics/ Industrial and Production/ Metallurgy/ Design/ Aeronautical/ Aerospace with Minimum 60% Marks.
• Math’s, Physics as a Subject in 10+2 Level Examination with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics.

Technical Electrical / Electronics: (Male)

• Engineering Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation and Control/ Electronics and Communication/ Power Engineering/ Power Electronics with Minimum 60% Marks.
• Math’s, Physics as a Subject in 10+2 Level Examination with minimum 55% aggregate marks in Mathematics and Physics.

Law Entry: (Male/ Female)

• Must have Degree in Law from a recognized university with minimum 60% aggregate marks.

• Note: Maximum 5% relaxation in aggregate in the degree certificate for SC/ST candidates. No relaxation is applicable for 12th class marks except CPL-SSA entry.

• General Duty (GD) Entry and Technical Entry Age Limit: 21 to 25 years.
• Commercial Pilot License – Short Service Appointment (CPL-SSA) Entry Age Limit: 19-25 years.
